U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has launched its newly revamped Forced Labor website, featuring improved navigation and expanded resources to support the trade community in complying with U.S. forced labor laws.

A major highlight of this update is the 2026 enhancement of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Enforcement Statistics Dashboard, which now includes clearer definitions, new data elements, interactive filters, and improved visualizations for deeper insight into enforcement trends. The Dashboard allows users to analyze shipment level data by fiscal year, industry, country of origin, HTS4 category, and more.

The updated Dashboard and user guide are available at:

The previous Dashboard version is now archived and will no longer be updated.
