Signing up and using the C.H. Robinson fuel card is designed to be fast, simple, and carrier-friendly.

How do I activate my fuel card?
After approval, your fuel card(s) will be shipped to the address you provided. Once they arrive, log in to EFS using the Carrier ID and password sent to you by EFS WEX. You’ll be prompted to add an email address and create a secure entry code for your account.

From there, activate your card and set spending limits to control how funds can be used. Once activated, you can distribute the cards to your drivers.

How do I fund my fuel card?
You can fund your C.H. Robinson Fuel Card in the way that works best for your business. Available options include:

• Payment‑funded: Apply C.H. Robinson payments, including cash advances, directly to your card.
• Self‑funded: Transfer funds from a valid bank account.
• Credit: Use your fuel card as a credit card with an EFS credit line.
